Ken is the Broker/Owner of Edwards & Associates, a Connecticut and New York real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Greenwich, CT. He is focused on the success of his buyer, seller and investor clients using the principles he has written about in REal Talk, his weekly real estate column in the Greenwich Time newspaper. Ken knows real estate with over 600 columns with words of advice, news and tips from his column.
Ken is also an active investor in Greenwich owning six properties in a portfolio of income-producing homes in town. He has lectured Greenwich High School and adult audiences with seminars on investing, home staging, buying and selling using the principles of world-famous Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad/Poor Dad.
As an Accredited Staging Professional he brings home staging to his seller clients and also fail-safes their transactions using end game strategies he used as a Certified Management Consultant.
